Watch Me Shrink/OOTD
My first Vlog! I’ll be starting new challenges this Feb. And I’m down 2lbs =]
**Excuse my fidgeting 0_o
So I haven’t posted in a month in some change but I’m finally back on track with everything. Over the holidays I gained the 8 pounds I lost. So I obviously wasn’t working out or tracking calories. On January 14 I started counting calories and slowly easing back into my workout regimen. I also recently started vlogging on my new Youtube channel http://www.youtube.com/user/ModifyingLife I thought that’d be a fun way to watch my weight drop =]
In the process of trying to catch up on 5 days of missed work outs. 0_0!!! I fell off. Bad. For some reason I just haven’t felt like getting up…Until yesterday when I ate a huge slice of bread pudding and 5 cookies! Happy Holidays? Lol. How about motivation to burn some calories. This is craziness lol…

Omgosh!!!! I am so physced right now! I just new I had maybe lost 2 lbs MAYBE! I skipped out on my last weigh in, which was after Thanksgiving, because I don’t have a scale at home. So I weigh myself whenever I visit my grandmother. But Oh Em Freaking Gee! I’ll be in the military in no time at this rate =]
And thanks to the get well soons from the ladies who commented on my post. I finally woke up feeling better today, although I was dehydrated like crazy, I felt 100 times better…
After eating whatever I wanted WHENEVER I wanted it became hard to decipher hunger pains from dehydration and just being plain ol sick. And that happened today. My stomach was hurting and knotting so bad that I thought I was starving myself. I ate a meal this morning and about a hour later I felt “hungry” So I drank some water then ate an orange, I could barely tolerate it but I made myself eat. And the cycle continued all day until it was time to have my last meal. I took two small spoons and 30 secs later I was puking my brains out, smh. Now I know for future reference the difference between starvation and sickness. Ugh. I need rest.
